Opportunity Assessment + Issue Consulting

It takes time to engrain DEI and socially impactful business practices into culture. Understanding that needs and budgets vary, I offer the expert and bespoke guidance of a seasoned practitioner on an array of operational components critical to driving equity. Consulting engagements begin with an initial informational listening session and often cover topics such as:

Internal DEI Systems:

Fractional CDO

As a fractional Chief Diversity Officer, I listen to your needs and work alongside you to design and implement effective diversity, equity and inclusion strategies into your business operations. Through a fractional engagement, I bring my expertise to your leadership team in a tailored, flexible and objective manner which optimizes your investment and drives transformation.

Recognizing that transformation takes time, engagements run a minimum of six months. The work is highly customizable and includes:

  • Informational interviews 

  • Straightforward equity audit 

  • Multisource data analysis 

  • Strategic plan creation with short-term and long-term recommendations

  • 3-month follow-up as the work will continue long after my service ends

If organizational training is a component of the strategic plan we develop together, I will recommend experts that will resonate with your culture. 

More extensive engagements may include a customizable workforce engagement survey with analysis, development of accountability tactics and/or assistance recruiting and onboarding full-time expert talent.
